Starting from Nov. 13th, 2020, all foreign passengers who are flying from Austria to China can apply for the Electronic Health Declaration Form (also named Health Declaration Certificate or HDC-Code) by logging on the website of http://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/ via computer or smart phone or by scanning the QR-Code below (Appendix 1). Foreign passengers can fill in the information, declare the health status and upload the testing certificates online, which will then be examined and verified by the Chinese Embassy in Austria. Upon approval, they will receive the Electronic Health Declaration Certificate, which will be displayed in QR code with the"HDC"mark (Appendix 2). Foreign passengers must present the green code within its validity period and follow the procedures for inspection by relevant airlines during boarding.
From now to Nov. 24th, 2020 (Tuesday), foreign passengers can still email the scanned copies of their negative nucleic acid and IgM anti-body tests results along with their passport information page and the signed health declaration form (Appendix 3) to the mailbox of the Chinese Embassy in Austria ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) to apply for the verification. In this period, the Certified Health Declaration Form is equivalent to the HDC-Code and both can be used for boarding. From Nov. 25th, 2020 (Wednesday), the Chinese Embassy in Austria will no longer accept e-mail applications for the Certified Health Declaration Form.
